Holly Schmidt is a Vice President and Commercial Lender III at Merchants Bank/Twin Cities with over 23 years of experience in banking and financial services. She earned her B.A. in International Studies from Hamline University and is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to connect with and support a diverse range of clients.

Holly is passionate about helping businesses succeed at every stage of their journey and enjoys building strong, lasting relationships. She can assist with competitive deposit rates and products, treasury management services, and commercial lending — including operating lines of credit, equipment financing, land and commercial real estate financing, and SBA 7(a)/504 lending and business acquisitions.

Holly offices out of the Cottage Grove branch but works with business clients anywhere in Minnesota or western Wisconsin. She's active in several community and Women in Business organizations, serving as 1st Vice Chair for the Cottage Grove Chamber of Commerce Executive Board, Treasurer for the CG Foundation Board, and a supporter of the Woodbury and Hastings Chambers of Commerce.
