Chad Pederson has been in the real estate business for over 20 years and is the owner of Pederson Realty, a boutique real estate agency located in Woodbury, Minnesota.

Growing up in a real-estate family, he learned the values of hard work, determination and attention to detail. Chad prides himself on providing every client exceptional service with a personal touch — holding himself and his team to the highest ethical and professional standards.

Previously, Chad was the Director of National Sales for Move, Inc., the original owner of Realtor.com, and held senior sales management positions with internet marketing firms in Silicon Valley. He is also a Navy veteran.
